  1. Can I sell my clothes to ThinkTwice.

No as we have our own suppliers .

  1. Can I donate clothes to the shops?

Yes, customers can choose to donate clothes to the shops and in return get a voucher. It is important to keep in mind that the donated items are not sold in any ThinkTwice shop in Belgium. They are packed and sent back to our sorting center.

  1. What are the working hours for the shops?

Monday – Saturday from 10:00 am – 18:00.

Sundays: 12:00 – 18:00

  1. Are you active on social media?

Yes, in fact we check our Facebook, Instagram and website messages on a daily basis. Due to the high number of messages that we receive on our platforms, we are only able to check messages of people that follow us.

  1. How can I know when the next discount days are going to be?

The first option is to subscribe to our online newsletter. This news letter is sent during the week when the discounts are about to start. Furthermore, one can follow us on Instagram and Facebook as we always give hints.

  1. How can I work for ThinkTwice.

Every time we have an open vacancy, we always post this vacancy on all of our social media platforms

   7.           Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. These can only be purchased from our shops with terms and conditions that apply.

8. Can I buy the items on the mannequins and displays? 

The items on the mannequins and displays can be bought on the following new New Collection Day. Reservations/deposits  cannot be made.

9. How can I make an appointment to visit the shops? 

In order to make an appointment, you will need to call the particular shop you wish to visit. Shop numbers can be found on this website or when you google the shop street name.
